We recently received a new order from Australian company Major Furnace on a 9 mw burner. The burner will be used within an AU smelter in Indonesia. The smelter has previously used gas burners, but are now looking to try Arctic Heat high pressure burners with marine fuel oil instead. The burner will be delivered in October.
This is a new application that show the benefits that high pressure burners can achieve in AU and ISA smelters. It’s important with good combustion and flexibility fuels for standby burners.
