Today we make the vast majority of customer meetings via digital tools instead of traveling and meeting customers on site. A major change that has not been entirely easy, but absolutely necessary and after all has worked better than expected.

For Gefa, this has been an okay year despite sales losses, especially from our export markets. We have continued the development of our workshop to be able to continue to develop and test our burner systems. We are optimistic about the future and look forward to developing our burners for the use of gases as well.

We have also made progress with our business area Arctic Automation, we have delivered a steam automation test rig to MK3 in LKAB, amongst other things.
