At the end of November, two of our engineers traveled to Chile to help with the startup of two burners we delivered to Chagres in May. The two 3mw burners are being used for refractory dry-outs and heating within a PS Converter. The installation and startup was simple and successful.
We always offer our customers that we partake in the startup of new burners and applications. We work close together with the local engineers and technicians to make the process as fast and efficient as possible.
This was our second delivery to South America and the first for Anglo American in Chagres, Chile. Arctic Heat however has been used in PS Converters all over the world for many years.
